An intersection in Tokyo. Thousands of pedestrians are waiting. Then the traffic lights turn green; 47 seconds. People flood in from all directions and start walking. 47 seconds to meet somebody. 47 seconds to interview someone, in the middle of the intersection. Then the cars start moving again.
